During my recent stay in Torquay, I was impressed by the harmonious blend of traditional charm and modern comforts at the local guesthouse. Upon arrival, I appreciated the friendly welcome from Karen, who, despite her recent transition into the guest-house lifestyle, exhibited professionalism. The room was tidy and furnished with brand-new beds, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. Every morning began with a well-prepared breakfast, showcasing a range of English fare, which was quite fulfilling. Albi, the chef, added a cheerful atmosphere to the dining experience. Karen's thoughtful touches, such as water bottles and chocolates, provided a personal feel that enhanced our stay. Conveniently located just a short walk from the seafront and town, this establishment offers easy access to local attractions.
